Peterson Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram in Nampa, Idaho is seeking a full-time professional salesperson for our dealership. This opportunity is rarely offered and we are looking to recruit top talent to add to our team.

Ideal applicants for this position will have the ability to learn and perform these primary tasks:

• Be a good teammate and communicate effectively
• Create customer traffic and store visits for yourself, don’t just stand on the lot and wait for customers to come to you
• Stay up-to-date with your organizer with 0 overdue tasks at the end of each shift
• Be proactive with pattern recognition. View and treat customers as humans, not just leads
• Be willing to learn a lot and apply what you learn to sell 21 cars each month

Additional tasks and responsibilities will come, but these are the main responsibilities of this position.
